Alongside this, she is the Director of Synov Infrotech & Management Services Pvt. Ltd. and also runs Synov Times, a political magazine. With her expertise in media, management, and social work, she is committed to driving meaningful change in society.

With over 30 years of dedication, she has played a crucial role in strengthening the institution, working closely with the Uttar Pradesh government on various social welfare schemes.
